Question:
I'm getting bored with vegan/wfpb. Instant Beans, kale, tomatoes in airfry (sauxe). No sugar/fat. Any ideas to make it more interesting?

Answer:
It sounds like what you're talking about. Here is a particular kind of vegan or whole food plant-based cooking. And this is one that contains no sugar or I'm guessing added fat is probably what you mean. If and so if you are opposed to using added sugar and added fat then okay, let's go down the path of exploring some Global Cuisines that will bring in different flavors and textures and bring some interest to your plate. Okay, that's where I always go. I just look at the rest of the world and find some inspiration. If you're game to use some sugar and fat at least once in a while then that in itself can transform plant-based cooking because caramel things caramelized differently. They just are simply different with the addition of sugar in oil but again, I leave that to you, but otherwise take a look at the rest of our beautiful world and get to know different ingredients and sometimes different cooking techniques and methods and Explorer expand that cooking Horizon.
