Question:

Is it worthwhile to get a Chinese spatula vs. regular flat spatula?

— Mitch Miglis

Answer:

I love a Chinese spatula for a walk cooking. You know, I think that I only use it on my walk but I use it every time I use my walk a regular flat spatula is fine. Um, sometimes I'll use what they call like a fry spatula which is like the slotted one on on it as well. But more often than not I'm going to use my Chinese spatula. It's just made for the scooping out of that walk so easy, you know, so you can use one hand to be stirring it the other one can go up to be able to flip that food around I love it. It's a you know, you're talking about a five to ten dollar investment and I think that you'll find that you fall in love with it the first time you use it in your walk. So yeah Mitch, I would definitely recommend when you buy your walk get the Chinese spatula to be able to go along with that. Um, just the natural curvature of it and it has kind of these like a little sides that kind of come up on the outside of it to be able to help pick up all of the things and some of the juices and sauce that comes up. It's almost like, you know in the meat World a lot of people turn things based, you know, like, you know, there's steak or whatever with the juice is which we do in some other things and the plant-based world too, but that's kind of what that's doing with the spatula on that style and I love the way it works. Cancel I use it in anything but the walk but when I use the lock I use it every time.
