Answer

You're looking for lower fat options. Then there are a lot of desserts that don't use nuts and that would be my first. Option for you is to make a dessert. That doesn't use nuts. There are a lot of them but different nuts have different percentages of fat and you can easily find a list of the fat content of nuts and choose some that work for you and don't forget seeds as well work in place of nuts.
