How to decide whether to use vanilla extract vs vanilla bean paste?

Answer:
Well Trish, I like them both and when I use vanilla extract, sometimes I use one fold. Sometimes I use double fold and use half as much or if I'm making something where I don't want to add extra liquid. I will use the double fold, which is twice as strong again go to the live event library and look at the Look at the vanilla live event, you'll get that information. I use the paste when I want to see the seeds and what I'm making and maybe don't want to open up a seed. So that's what I do. And sometimes when I use vanilla bean paste I use a little bit of vanilla extract just use a real vanilla don't use vanilla in.
