What (and how) are the best low GI sweeteners to use in baking?

Answer:

It depends on what you're making and I don't Hold I don't give a lot of thought to low GI sweeteners because in my research I have seen that a lot depends on what you've eaten before what you've eaten after so my favorite sweeteners are. I have liquid sweeteners list and I have granulated sweetener lists. A lot of people like coconut sugar. That's a very nice. That's a very nice brown sugar replacement and it is supposed to be rather lower. GI sweetener maple sugar maple syrup Date syrup. Also called Salon is wonderful and sorghum syrup.
