When do you use granulated sugar substitutes like monkfruit or stevia vs. liquid sweeteners like coconut nectar, date syrup, and agave?

Answer:
Granulated sweeteners and liquid sweeteners are not fully interchangeable. So that's something Lynn that really is a giant question and it's a very good question. We have a unit in the course because it is such a big question. Coconut nectar dates syrup. Agave all liquid sweeteners all have different flavor profiles all bake a little bit differently.
