If we cut vegetables for fast finger food, should it be stored in water? carrot, celery, cucumber, pepper

Answer:
You know, if you were going let's say that you were going to use them in an hour. And that's what they do in a lot of restaurants and things but no you want to dry them and keep them stored in containers. So sometimes and I say sometimes when I'm feeling motivated or I get a weekly produce delivery of organic fruit and vegetables. So I try to get as much of it ready to use to sort of make like a mini mason Plus in my refrigerator. So I will prepare everything and then wrap it and put it in the fridge, but the answer would be no.
