What flour can I use other than AP to make egg and oil free pasta?

Answer:

You know, I think I forgot to send this to Patrick but I make pasta without egg and oil and it's so good and all it is is a cup of I use a gluten-free all a gluten-free double O flour, which is pasta flour and a packed cup of spinach. Or maybe oh, there it is. Okay, good good. I did send it to him and you just put it in your food processor and then magically it becomes a dough and you don't even have to roll it out and you use scissors to cut little pieces of pasta that cook magically in like two minutes and it is the best pasta I have ever had. Here's my thing. oftentimes people spend so much time wanting to create flavors and tastes and sensations of things that they knew in their former non-plant lives. I say it's time for us to develop Mainstays in our kitchens that Embrace how we are working a whole food plant-based diet into our lives and this pasta recipe is so delicious. And if you use the Rouxbe marinara sauce recipe, which is one of my favorites, totally delicious.
