Well, it's interesting that you would ask that question because I happen to love a German grocery store here on the east coast of the United States called Lidl. And right now these original crisp breads are one of my favorite foods and you might say that little is sort of like a little bit like Aldi but I get a produce delivery to my house every week from a local delivery service here in Philadelphia. I like going to Trader Joe's but we'll only go at 8 o'clock in the morning when they first open. I sometimes will go to Whole Foods. There's a grocery store here in the area called Mom's Organic Market. But when I teach classes, I will buy the groceries in the grocery store as a community where I'm teaching so there is also something called the grocery store outlet which is worth checking out but right now legal is my go-to. They have organic vegetables. They have regular vegetables and they have exactly what I need for the type of food that I buy for myself and my family good question.
