Could you recommend to me the best equipment to get started on stir frying outside if I am a beginner please?

— Louis Rodriguez

I wonder what what are you cooking over outside? I'm assuming maybe a gas burner, but the outside and stir fry is not really typically that it's not really kind of the cooking that I think to do outside, but I'll tell you what I use let me So this is what I got and this is a Christmas present. So this is the lodge. cast iron walk and what I like about this is that it is. I it's very dense and like cast iron it holds heat really really well. So I've got gas burners inside and I've got an induction burner outside and wood fire outside. So it's hard sometimes to get enough flame a big enough flame. That's hot enough. That's big enough to really Heat this thing then you know, if you go into an Asian restaurant where they're using walks, they have specific burners that are designed for them that are jet burners. I mean they are as big as the wall walk so that you are getting heat equally up the sides of it as well. And that's the whole point is that you have such a huge amount of surface area in the walk. That's all hot so that you can cook so very quickly. So this is the one I really like is the large one. That's just my preference. I don't do a whole lot of stir-frying so I'm not a whole. I'm not like a big expert on it in terms of what are all the little intricacies and nuances that you might look at. But you know what when I was buying this I also I was checking out Cooks Illustrated had a list of their recommendations for walks. And if you search that out Cooks Illustrated walk recommendations, they went through and sort of scored like Consumer Reports does a whole bunch of different walks and gave some really good examples as to what they do best what they do poorly Etc. So that's probably the best resource I can point you to because that will help you navigate, you know, whatever unique little culinary ecosystem. You have make the best choice, but cool join us again. Let us know how the walk how the walk frying is going man up to here. Cheers. Thanks to you appreciate you.
