I have celiac so really hoping I will be able to modify any tasks using gluten-containing ingredients. Would this impact my grades on assignments (especially breads)?

You absolutely under no circumstance will be punished for having Celiac. So I you know, we're with you on this and thanks for joining us and trusting us with your education. And we really hope to deliver the very best product that we can to you. And in that means the best thing to do is to reach out to us before any given task to say, you know, I see that in this test coming up. There's Celiac, you know concerns. Some of the ingredients. What can I do? In that way, we're gonna get right back to you and we're gonna have a whole list of options for you and we'll be able to guide you through that task and that learning in ways that you're going to get that full learning scope of learning around that that process or that method that we're trying to teach.
