I have celiac so really hoping I will be able to modify any tasks using gluten-containing ingredients. Would this impact my grades on assignments (especially breads)?

You absolutely under no circumstance will be punished for having Celiac. So I you know, we're with you on this and thanks for joining us and trusting us with your education.
