What are liquid aminos? Any brands you can recommend?

You know Liquid Aminos, uh is or or, you know constitutes as a seasoning that is also used as a condiment and it's much like soy sauce. We're often compared to soy sauce, and it's look in terms of its dark color as well as it's Umami and it's saltiness that it lends to food. Okay, you know Liquid Aminos the couple of types that I'm familiar with are based on either soybeans or coconut and the common brand that I see is Brag b r a g g and of course, there's a lot more information on line if you want to dig a little bit deeper into liquid aminos.
