What is your opinion on indoor growing systems and quality/ taste of produce?
Answer
I mean if again if that's the answer for you if the answer is between not eating something and eating something and you want to eat it then, you know, you got a you got to do it right? You got to use a new technology. Maybe there is a little difference in flavor. So I would expect there to be some difference in flavor. Um, you know between an item that was grown say hydroponically versus an item that came out of the Earth because you're picking up different elements, you know aspects of the terroir when we talk about soil and it's the place it's whatever else, you know, in terms of the mineral content, for example, that's present that's being drawn up through the food and that you may not get in a let's say a hydroponic setup. So if I don't have any problems necessarily with the flavor of foods that are produced in indoor systems, but I sometimes notice differences in the attain intensity of flavor, for example, so it's going to be up to you however to judge whether you like that or not whether you can tolerate that or not and whether you will do that or not. All right.
