Question:

Could you please explain what soy curls are and how to cook them?

— Monica Armour

Answer:

Yeah, I mean soy curls to the best of my knowledge are gonna be made from you know, some sort of a soy protein. All right, and I don't know exactly what the processing of that food is, but you know based on soy beans okay, and you know often some of these components are Are left over after pressing oil out of seeds. Okay, and so often it could be a byproduct of the soy bean oil industry these protein and fat. Yeah, you know the the stuff that's left over then is turned into another product and sold. Okay. And so that's gonna be sort of the gist of it. You can always jump online and drill drill deeper into a product like this and had a cook with them, you know, a soy product kind of like the green Jackfruit is gonna take on flavors that you add to it. And so in my experience these you know, soy products curls or otherwise in terms of shape and in size can be aligned with a lot of different types of Cuisines as you add the flavors of your choice, okay, and then you know, otherwise follow the directions for the cooking, you know, in terms of imparting that flavor very often through a moist heat method in order to Need otherwise impart the flavor and then you can finish that off with a dry heat cooking method often. It's sauteing or roasting. For example. Thank you.
