I do not have white dishes for plating. What do I need?

Answer:

Whatever you've got fun. That's it. So in our grading we don't. You know, we don't specify white plates. I think most of the videos show on white plates, but really the plating. Aspects of it whether it's grading whatever dish you are presenting or in the plating specific sections. We don't judge around the plates used. It's really just the techniques used the spacing between things etc. Etc. So there's no need for you to go out and get something new just for the purposes of grading for this, but you know I have This is what I've dedicated my entire life and career to and I live and work out of this house. So I have a lot of props having done eight cookbooks Etc. So I've got big platters. I do a lot of entertaining. I've got good green platters. I've got blue platters. I've got white platters. I've got plates. I I am able to do that. I am blessed and fortunate. but yeah in terms of what you need. Go with what you got. Thanks fun. Appreciate you.
