Could you talk about the bench scraper and chopping?

Answer:

Yeah, so bench scrapers are great because you'll see a lot of people when you're done shopping ingredients, they'll take their knife along their cutting board and scrape up all their ingredients to kind of put it up to their hand and move it over. If you use bench scrape or instead of your knife to do that. You're gonna keep the edge of your blade sharper, right? So if you're scraping the cutting board with your knife, it's just one more time. You're basically presenting the knife to and Edge and can get dull. But if you're using your bench scraper just to scrape something up. It's not doesn't matter at all. If your bench scraper is dull because it just basically picking up the items with it. So great tool to be able to have in the kitchen, you're gonna be doing a lot of chopping or dicing. I highly recommend doing it. They even make some now that you know, like they have like a little fold-out so it'll make like a scoop basically bench scraper that kind of comes up and it's easy to hold things. And so I love using those I think I highly recommend them they're dishwasher safe too, but it's basically just to keep your knife sharp. So bench scraper wonderful thing to be able to have.
