Can you help with a general recommendation for oil free, no nuts, salad dressings?
Answer
Yeah, there's actually quite a number of them. Depending on where you are if you're taking the classes like if you're doing oil-free and you're in like the forks class. You will actually learn how to do different oil-free dressings. But there is an oil-free balsamic that's in there. That's actually a really simple one, you know that you can kind of change to be able to make sure you know. Yeah to but you can like reduce Down The Balsam balsamics on those as well. I like to do a cat or a seizure dressing using silk and silken tofu as well. So I don't use any oil and that as well, but I'll do like adults flake and some lemon juice a little bit of vinegar silken tofu, and I might put a little bit of dill and some other herbs in there to be able to make it more like the Caesar you can also do a ranch dressing kind of in the same way. But all no oil no nuts as well. So some easy ways to be able to make those happen so you can do no oil and nuts on those dressings. Hope that helps but if you're in the courses, you can also go up to the you know, right above your dashboard to the recipes and you can search the recipes to look for dressings and there's a wide variety of them. You can get the exact amounts for everything on those two.
