Do you have any recommendations on cleaning stainless steel pans after no oil sautéing?

Answer:
Yes, so a heavy dose of elbow grease. First of all is going to be good. And then I like the couple of that with these green colored scrubbies under the scotch bright brand name. These are a three M products. So if you're in a commercial kitchen, you might see it as a 3M product, but these are a course. Scrubby and they do pretty good in conjunction with the application of elbow grease. Okay, keep in mind also that you know you you may not end up removing all of the the discoloration on the pan and it's just going to be up to you as to whether you can live with some of that. And if not, then you'll keep need to keep on scrubbing. Okay, but that works for me. All right. Thank you.
