Question:

Is there a concern about getting too much selenium from eating too many brazil nuts?

— Christina Adams

Answer:

Yes. Good question too much of anything is not good. So yes moderate your so you're a Brazil nuts. If you're taking you know one a day, that's fine. But you know, you don't want to do handfuls a day because yes, that is a nutrient that can be stored in the body to some extent. So yes too much of anything is never good.
