Our lesson recommended a stainless steel pan for flipping. Would a ceramic coated or copper coated pan do just as well?

Answer:
Whereas ceramic coded or copper coded don't really do just as well when you're doing that mercury ball test, which is my favorite thing to do. The video is just so fascinating. Um, you can see. So if you can use the stainless steel, it's going to be optimal.
