What is your opinion of using monk fruit sweetener?

Answer:
I have never used those sweeteners. I don't use non-sugar sweeteners. I never believed in them. If something is too good to be true, it's usually not true. I use the least amount of sugar and an appropriate sugar and one sugar, I mean a sweetener possible to get the result that I want. And um, monk fruit, I did, I did a consulting job with a company that was bringing monk fruit to market and that's not the real name of it and I don't remember what the real name is now, but it was for a very big company and it is the actual derivation of the monk. Fruit has a terrible taste and that's flavor and that's to keep the birds away from it. It's very, very highly processed.
