What is nooch?

Answer:
A lot of people don't know what nu is. It's nutritional yeast. This is one that I have, it has some B vitamins in it, so they say, but I know that it depends on the brand. I love the flavor. To me it has a bit of a cheesy flavor. I like to sprinkle it on lots of different things. So I always have n around nutritional yeast and Miriam says Nu is nutritional yeast. I love it.
