Do you think there is connection between gluten and sugar?

Answer:

Perhaps it's the sugar that's the problem for you as much as the gluten, but I I have not heard that there was a connection. Essential vegan desserts is definitely not a gluten-free course, but I would say 50% of our recipes are gluten-free. And I have had people go through the course who are gluten-free who haven't had any problems. So Patricia, it might be the kind of gluten, if you're talking about desserts, uh, desserts that you're making that's giving you a problem, start some kind of elimination.
