I'd like to know the "rules" regarding reducing, substituting, or eliminating sugars from a recipe and how it will affect the outcome. ?

If y'all have been here with me throughout, I went through a lot of that, the answer is there's no one rule. But you can be sure that eliminating sugars, substituting sugars from a recipe will most definitely affect the outcome. The example of chocolate pudding or chocolate cake, whether you use vegan cane sugar or coconut sugar or whole cane sugar, that's going to be okay If you use coconut sugar in a lemon cake, that's not going to be so, okay. It's going to be too strong for that. So in terms of whole foods, okay,
