Why do most 10x sugars contain cornstarch vs vegan/organic that use tapioca?

Answer:

10 x that contains tapioca. Not all of the vegan confection or sugar contain tapioca. I noticed that. Um, who is it? I have to think of the brand that will come to me when I'm finished with your questions. Some still use organic corn starch, but these are the, the sugars that are powdered and the starch in them is to keep them from clumping. Uh, I think Kathy, that the answer probably is because most cornstarch is genetically modified. So This is mine and this is made with tapioca. I have absolutely noticed that organic, organic and vegan sugars are one and the same almost. They really are. But confectioner sugar ne that's made with tapioca needs to be sifted more than once. It's a little clunkier.
