How do you substitute oil in everyday recipes like curries, salads, etc.?

I will say that you can, you know, in Rouxbe, in the um, plant-based pro in forks over knives, imagine in culinary RX two there are units in whole food plant-based no oil recipes. And I follow a very light, I have a light hand on oil. I am not strictly no oil, but I do limit the amount of oil. So I would say SUNY, that you can use water, you can use vegetable stock, lots of spices. Don't forget about herbs and spices. They not only add so much to your dish to the flavor, but they're actually quite healthful.
