I am learning some new information about sugar and addiction. Your thoughts?

Well, sugar, uh, sugar can be addicting without a question. So, you know, that's something that you have to look into yourself about. We eat too much sugar in this country. When you think about that, there's sugar and everything. If I can tell you one thing, it's to read labels. I mean, sometimes I'll look at a prepared food and think, why is there sugar in that? Or why is there sugar in toothpaste? Because naturally we as a people are, you know, early, early on the bitter flavors meant danger. Um, and the sweet ones go for it. So I think just moderating is the way to go.
