What about using fruit juice as a sweetener?

Fruit juice tends to be stripped of all the fiber, so I don't tend to use it. There was something on the market many, many, many years ago called the three peas. It was pineapple, peach, and pear. It was a sweetener that was supposed to be like the end all and be all before all of these came around. And it turned out, I mean, you have to change the way you, you bake and you know, the, your formula changes and so on. But the fact is that for juice, unless you make it yourself, you want to get a fruit juice that is no sugar added. I'd rather crush the whole fruit.
