When cooking for family which natural sugar is tolerated best for most people?

I can't tell you that because we're all really individual. I can tell you as somebody who's working, creating dessert recipes almost all the time, I'm quite sense since, you know, I've been following a very healthful plant-based diet for 30 years now I am sensitive to sweet. So if there's too much sugar, you know, I can feel it, I can feel it. Uh, Lisa, you're gonna have to try to make things and see what people like the best. You can try some coconut sugar maple syrup. I also neglected to say that I like date syrup as well as date paste. And I love sorghum syrup instead of molasses. It's, it has that kind of a flavor but slightly different, not as, not as strong. And sorghum is a cereal. GLO grass is a cereal grass.
