Can you use any kind of salt when fermenting? Like Kosher salt or regular salt?
— Lilly Boulianne
Answer:
I think that the best salt to use would be sea salt because it has minerals like magnesium and potassium in it, so it'll make your, whatever you are fermenting a little bit more nutrient dense. Kosher salt also works very, very well. So it's a short and sweet answer, and I hope that that's helpful to you.
