Question:
Is it better to grill corn on cob with husk on or husk off? Which provides more flavour?

Answer:
My own personal preference is that remember that there's a lot of moisture in the husk. So if you, uh, have it directly on the grill, the corn will not become dry, but it'll have a delicious flavor and it will also be very, very moist. My own personal preference is I do not like to grill it, uh, naked as it would be. So leave it on the husk. And, um, I have had the pleasure of being, uh, at an esselstyn's for a corn roast, and she roasted in her husks in the husk. So if Ann Seldon does it, I'll do the same. So, um, that is a quest. That's a very good question. And it does have more flavor. Yes, indeed, it really, really does.
