Fran and I are fortunate because we live very close to the mushroom capital of the world, uh, Kenneth Square, Pennsylvania. And, um, I did a story for Bench World Magazine where I spent the day at a mushroom farm, which was really, really fun. So the first thing is, when you go grocery shopping, you, uh, would want to take either with you a, a cloth bag, uh, because material breathes or a paper bag, but if you utilize the plastic bags that they give you at the grocery store, you're gonna suffocate the mushrooms. So when I get home, what I do is I just throw them in the refrigerator, in the bag of the fridge where there's the most constant temp, and then I clean them when I'm going to use them. So this way they're still in their natural state. They've got some of that beautiful delicious, uh, uh, mulch on them, uh, that's gonna keep them in, in good shape so I don't clean them till I use them.
