I like to do curries. We don’t like to eat or use coconut milk or cream. What would you suggest?

Answer:
Just use your favorite plant milk, and, um, that's what I do. And then I just let the dish simmer a little bit longer so that it gets that creaminess that you're looking for. And, um, I've only had, uh, uh, a good, good result, uh, doing that. So stay away from, uh, even the light coconut, if you are one who has to watch your fat, uh, intake for whatever that reason might be. So whatever your favorite milk is, bill, you're good to go.
