I saw the suggestion to make a double batch of the cashew béchamel and freeze it for a subsequent activity. The veg manicotti uses the béchamel; the activity requires photos of the mise and the finished sauce. Can I re-use the photos?

I think that, uh, you can, and what we love to see is, um, this photo is what I used when I did my first assignment, and that just clears everything up. But yes, there's no reason for you to reinvent the wheel, especially, um, when the, uh, the manicotti is such a detailed, you know, has many, many steps to it and even making the bechamel. Uh, and by the way, when you're doing the bechamel assignment in the third box where you have put your, either your pane pasta or your greens, um, it says, please list two examples of how this, uh, sauce can be used. And often time, because I know that when we're doing assignments, we're so focused on the lighting of the photo, um, the ingredients, everything, there's a lot to think about. But make sure that you do list those two other suggestions for how the sauce can be used, because you don't wanna lose any points for something that is so simple and easy. So, uh, Kathy, great question.
