Bamboo is great and, uh, they serve their purpose. They're good for the environment, but I also, um, use a plastic, well, not, it's not plastic, but it's rubber or something. I, I got it at Ikea and I use it for onion and garlic and other things like that so that the juices from the aromatics don't set into the, uh, bamboo. And then you end up having a $7 box of strawberries that tastes more like salsa than strawberries. Um, I have several bamboo cutting boards. I like them a lot. This thing behind me on the stove is one of those over the, you put it over the grs in your, on your stove top. It's made of bamboo and I like it and it's easy to clean and, uh, I use salt and lemon to clean it so that, uh, the salt acts as an abrasive agent. And the, uh, lemon will help to take out any bacteria that might be growing in that wood. So, uh, you know, if you wanna take me on a field trip, take me to Home Goods or TJ Maxx and I'll look at every cutting board that they have. And that's such a great question.
