I'm gonna put this up close to the camera. Whoops, these are crushed red pepper, and they are flakes, and it looks like the same exact thing that your pizza person will give you. You can see what they look like. There you go. Hopefully I won't put my hands to my face now and get a tingling sensation, but yes, it is the same exact thing. And, um, I don't know where you shop, but, uh, a lot of grocery stores, uh, these days have bulk spice sections. So take your old spice jar in, and they have little plastic bags that you can use, but if you wanna avoid that step, and when you get to the checkout, the cashier will know what the tear t a r e weight of the jar is or whatever, but yes, same exact thing. Good eye. Very, very good.
