How much protein is sufficient to maintain muscle mass in a female senior.?

Answer:

I'm gonna answer this question by, uh, uh, as a senior female, um, I kind of follow the rule of thumb that you should have about 0.8, uh, grams of protein for every kilogram. Um, roughly you should have between 40 to 45 grams of protein a day, easily accessible with tofu, Tempe, quinoa. Uh, last week at the farm, I made one of my favorite childhood dishes, which is, uh, peas and pasta, and a cup of cooked, uh, green peas has eight grams of protein in it. So just make sure that you're reading your, your labels. You don't need any protein powders because all the protein that you need is in beautiful, delicious vegetables. So I hope that that's, um, helpful to you.
