Is there a book or website you’d recommend to learn and understand about spices?

Yes, the Food Coach Academy in the basics, we talk about that, about a website or a book. There are a couple of things. You know, I spent some time like hurry. Oh my gosh, I gotta give 'em a list. I don't have one to be honest with you. There are so many and depending on your taste palette, what do you prefer? Do you prefer vegetarian type meals? Do you prefer Asian, middle Eastern, African? All of that. And just kind of start with let your taste buzz lead the way and kind of start there. You will learn in the basics how to bring spices back to life by toasting them and blooming them and how to build your own spice blends. Spices are definitely one of the biggest tools. Food coach is gonna learn to increase the flavor of a food because if we can't make healthy food as flavorful as we can buy in the store, those hyper palatable foods that provide so much taste and flavor that we end up getting addicted to it, but we don't get any of the nutrients, then we're not really doing anything.
