I’m looking to understand and increase variety/flavor in my cooking. Do you think this class will focus on this?

Answer:
Absolutely. Doris. It talks about variety. It gives you the culinary techniques to be able to be a master of flavor. You will learn how to increase flavor in so many different ways, um, that you'll be able to. So I'm gonna take a step back for a second. So, you know that whole thing about teaching someone how to fish versus giving them a fish. This is what this is all about. I'm teaching you the basics of how to create flavors so that you can create flavor no matter what's in your kitchen or that you find at the grocery store, that you learn these rules so that when you are cooking, you know how to make substitutes. That's why in this whole Food Coach Academy, I don't focus on providing you with a recipe because to me I find that can can be elitist. I'm asking you to go out, buy some things that you might not ever use again, as opposed to saying, okay, to build a breakfast you need a grain, you need a source of, uh, protein and you need a fruit. You choose based on your palate what you like, what's in your fridge and what you can afford and you build your own. So that's what this is really all about. So yes, Doris, I hope you join us.
