Question:
Your "intro" information was wonderful! How very helpful, especially the one at a time at the end- for me it enhanced taking the pressure off of being "afraid" of not doing it right. Thank you!?

Answer:
Oh, Cynthia, yay. No. Wow. It takes practice. The best chefs are the ones that fail the most, right? They are brave enough to try new things and just taking one step at a time. Holy moly. That's what it's, that's what life is all about. And I say with nutrition, like a lot of people come to me and um, yes, I've worked with a lot of people with cancer in my career. Not them, not them. 'cause they are, they are in need right now with a change. But those of us who have got to a place that we don't like, we might not like what we're eating. We may not like how we look or our weight or, or that we have pre-diabetes or whatever it is. It took you a long time to get here. So let's, we have some time. We have some time to take one step at a time and support each other and learn what we like. Who knows? I mean, some of us know what we like, but we don't know what we don't know, right? I didn't know that. I like Star and East and I certainly didn't know I like Brussels sprouts. I went to Cat Core's restaurant and I was like, oh my God, you had me at Brussels sprouts, right? There's just, we learn. We learn together.
