So I know that there are proponents out there that, um, that go full Turkey that way and I, I do not go that far. Um, some people need to go that far and that's not for me to decide. So if you are tips for being on an s o s diet would be to learn all the different other ways. So you're taking out the salt and the sugar out of the culinary techniques to improve. But there are other culinary techniques. There's the, the spices, the way you cook food and how you play taste on taste to make an s o s diet, um, more palatable for you.
