Any dessert ideas with pine nuts?

Answer:

Pine nuts are wonderful, they're buttery. And um, we do, we actually have a chart in the course where the crust, the cookie crust, anything that isn't a rolled out crust, I call a cookie crust that has to be pressed into a chart pan has a percentage of pine nuts in it. And I just, I just think they're wonderful. I use them. Uh, I have an orange almond cake that really I developed after going to Italy a number of years ago. And I use, uh, I use pine nuts. They're keep your pine nuts in the freezer.
