Could you please suggest some uses for leftover, broken meringue cookies?

Answer:

I certainly can. One of my favorite desserts of all times, and it couldn't be easier, it's an easy way to use bits up, is something called Eaton Mess. And it's from the school in the UK called Eaton. It is pieces of meringue and a custard or a cream and fruit. And that reminds me, I have some cream to pull out now so I don't forget. All right. 'cause oh, here are some creams Now this is an example of something I would make for Thanksgiving and either keep it in my refrigerator for a few days or freeze it and defrost it.
