How can I make a vegan crème beulee without coconut cream?

Answer:

Well, you can definitely make vegan creme brulee. Um, that's, it's like a set custard with a crackly sugar top. You get the crackle from burning sugar on top. So this is the creme brulee from my cookbook vegan chocolate. And I didn't remember the recipe. I saw your question. I'm like, hmm, am I, am I making it with coconut cream? I don't think so. No. I made this with cashew cream thick, basic thick cashew cream and it's delicious and it's set with a little tiny bit of agar powder. So definitely you can do that and it will be delicious.
