How can I make my sweet potato pie fluffy?

Answer:

Well, I'm going to send anybody with sweet potato pie questions over to Sweet Potato Soul. She's a friend of mine from New York, although I moved to Philly and I think she's, she was in California, Janae is her name. I make sweet potato pies fluffier because pi sweet potatoes are dense and delicious by adding an amount of squash to them and really creaming them together. So the squash is going to lighten up the sweet potatoes and then adding a starch slurry, like an arrow root slurry or an organic corn starch slurry. And that's going to give you a fluffier sweet potato pie.
