Do you have a recipe suggestion for vegan whipped cream?

Answer:

There are a few, Erin. Um, there is some, a vegan whipping, a vegan heavy cream. I think it's vial life. I see Kathy Gold is here. You might remember what it is, cath. And it makes a really delicious whipped cream. Um, it whips very well, it has ingredients in it that I don't normally use, but whipped cream is, you know, whipped cream isn't something you eat every day. Some of you may know, uh, the cake bible, the pastry bible Rose Levy berenbaum. She was here visiting me, um, just last week and I had some of this whipped cream in my fridge. Now I haven't tasted traditional dairy whipped cream in a really long time, so I asked Rose and her husband Woody to taste it and they said to them, it didn't taste just like whipped cream, but it tasted good. Another other suggestions for vegan whipped cream, if you don't wanna buy this heavy cream and they aren't all the same, you know, I tested three brands and this was the only one that I liked. Um, you can do aquafaba and that whips, it makes a whipped topping. Or some people whip coconut milk or coconut cream, the heavy part that is on top of the can of full fat coconut milk when you keep it in your fridge.
