Question:
Can you explain about your vanilla pastry cream?
Answer:
So this is the vanilla and I put a little bit into akin so that I could test that. It could be a tarp filling, which you can see from the spoon that it can. And what I did here, I love lemon as much as I love chocolate. I added some lemon juice to some of the cream that tends to thicken it up. I put some lemon zest on top, both because I think it tastes good and I use organic lemons, so I wash them and zest them. If you don't have organic citrus really scrub. But this would make a gorgeous tart filling any of these cashew creams when frozen tastes like ice cream.
