Can you talk about a Pear tatin?

Answer:
Kathy loves pear tatin. So do I. So that's like an upside down pie. You know, you can use pie dough in so many different ways. You can make a pie in a pie dish. You can make this freeform or rustic gt. Um, you can do a deep dish kind of a situation. I'm trying to think of something called a oh my goodness. In the, in the, in the slumps and grunts things, I did this, but where you have a fruit filling and you put the pie dough on top and you cut it into pieces and that's a very old fashioned dessert. Feels like I'm having trouble keeping a couple of thoughts in my head right now.
