Do you have a favorite scale?

Answer:
I have three scales, Lisa. And um, the one I showed just before that is very multi, multi is my new favorite one. I have a little teeny tiny one and I keep them right in my drawer here. That measures le uh, under one gram. And I have this one, which was my original one that pulls out. Send a note, send a note to me or I'll send a note to you with the brands that I like. I'd be happy to do that. But having a scale is phenomenal. It's just so easy. What I I what I do is I'll put, let's say zero it out. That's the tear weight. Put the bowl on, zero it out, put the flour in, zero it out, put the next thing in, zero it out and you're really saving bowls and you know you're being accurate.
