What is the best oil to use for baking?

Answer:

Okay, I'm glad that you said organic canola. Unless canola is organic, it is definitely genetically modified. So if you're using canola, which is ama you know, it's just an acronym for Canadian oil. It's really rape seed oil. Um, I use, my favorites are sunflower oil. It's a neutral, but I like, I like it very much and I like an extra virgin olive oil that's mild. This is California Olive Ranch. If I'm doing an Italian olive oil cake, I use an oil that is greener.
